Master Mould Creation

The master is where it all begins. Whether you’re developing a new design or preserving a one-off piece, our master mould service ensures every curve, texture and angle is captured and protected for future production.

We craft each master in-house using wax, resin or cast metal, depending on your design and needs. You can supply your own file or let us model the master for you through our CAD service. From that master, we can then create production moulds or cast directly, depending on your preferred process.

Our focus is on precision and quality at this stage. This is your “source file” in physical form – so we take the time to get it right.

Our master moulds are ideal for:

• New product lines
• Restorations or redesigns of existing pieces
• Designers building long-term collections with consistent results

We also offer test prints or prototypes at this stage if you’d like to inspect the design before moving forward. From concept to casting, we help you maintain full control.
