3D Printing & Direct Casting

If you already have a 3D model, we can print it and move straight to casting. Our in-house 3D printing service produces high-resolution wax or resin pieces, ready for moulding or direct casting. Whether you’re testing a prototype or producing a finished item, we’ll handle the process from start to finish.

We accept STL or 3DM files from your own CAD software, or models we’ve helped you develop. Once your file is reviewed, we’ll prepare it for print and create a physical version using industry-grade wax or castable resin.

Depending on the type of print and your goals, we can:

• Use the print as a master for rubber moulding
• Cast directly from the print into your chosen metal
• Supply the printed model for inspection or approval before proceeding

This approach is ideal for short runs, one-off pieces, or designs that don’t require a mould. It’s also faster and more flexible than traditional processes. This approach helps you go from file to finished piece with fewer steps and full control.

As always, we’re on hand to advise on wall thickness, supports, file tweaks or casting suitability. Our team has the technical knowledge to make sure your print works beautifully in metal, with no loss of detail.
